Breydon Water Holiday Park, located just at the edge of the Norfolk Broads and just a short drive away from the famous seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, is the ideal place to visit for your holiday in Norfolk, whatever it is you’re looking for from your break.
Breydon Water is actually two holiday parks in one, separated by a short walk along a country lane. Yare Village offers a great variety of family fun and entertainment including a heated outdoor pool and a range of evening entertainment, where Bure Village provides a more sedate venue to visit the area from.
Breydon Water guests are free to use the facilities at both villages, whichever one they choose to stay in.

By Car
From Gt.Yarmouth on the A12 towards Lowestoft go straight over 2 roundabouts. Take the exit signposted Burgh Castle. At the bottom of the slip road, turn right at the lights, signposted Diss and Beccles. Continue on the Beccles Road for 1.5 miles and after 100 metres turn right signposted Burgh Castle and Belton. At the mini roundabout turn right onto Stepshort. Continue along this road and Bure Village is on the right, Yare Village is on the left a further 600 metres along.
