At BreakFree Holidays, we pride ourselves on excellent service and customer support at all times. There are a number of ways you can contact us, but we recommend you refer to our FAQs first. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for here then you can email us, send us a letter or give us a ring - details are below.

Operators
If you are a Park Owner or Operator and would like information on working with BreakFree Holidays, contact us by email and we’ll email you or post to you our Operators Information Pack, including our Commercial Agreement and Availability Schedules. Email us at: joinus@breakfreeholidays.co.uk
Write To Us
You may write to us at the address at the bottom of the page. Please enclose as much information about your booking as possible (if you have made a booking) and include your contact details (email and telephone number) so we can respond to you quickly. Our phone number is there too if you have an urgent query or require assistance with your booking or help using our website. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and calls are charged at up to 5p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks and from mobile phones may vary.

When you submit your query, you will be given a Ticket Number. If you have contacted us before, please quote the ticket number from your previous correspondence. If you have booked a holiday with us, please quote your Booking Reference.
