With this offer you can choose from Standard, Standard Plus (previously Luxury), Super Plus (previously Luxury Plus) and Premier accommodation.

On summer 2016 dates, Standard Plus accommodation prices start from £20 per person, per break for 3 or 4 nights. On spring and autumn 2016 dates, Standard Plus accommodation prices start from £15 per person, per break for 3 or 4 nights. Standard accommodation is also available starting from £10 per person - an ideal choice if you’re on a budget.

All UK holidays are subject to service charges and optional entertainment pass charges which are charged directly to you by the holiday park operator, after you have made your booking for accommodation.

Do you overbook holidays?

When you book online your reservation is made directly on our system and we can confirm your booking immediately. When you book by post we have to process your application manually and so this delay could mean that a park that was available initially has now sold out.

Do bookings run Sat to Sat or can customers pick their own dates?

UK holidays run from Monday to Friday (4 nights) or from Friday to Monday (3 nights). You can book several breaks to make a longer holiday (see next question).

Can I book a 7 night Holiday?

To book a 7 night holiday you will need to make 2 consecutive bookings. For example, to book a week's holiday starting on a Monday - book a 4-night Monday to Friday break and then book a 3-night break at the same park starting on that Friday for Friday to Monday. When you receive your confirmation letter from the holiday park you will need to contact them and inform them of the 2 bookings and ask them to link these together. Please note this cannot be guaranteed and that you may have to change accommodation during your stay.

Terms and Conditions

    1. CLOSING DATE:

      Online bookings will close at midnight on Monday 29 February 2016 and postal applications will be accepted up to post received on Monday 29 February 2016.

    2. AVAILABILITY:

      Holidays in this offer are subject to promotional availability at the time of your booking online or processing of your postal application. Not all locations will be available on all dates. Certain dates may be excluded from the promotion. BreakFree Holidays/Mail Travel reserves the right to remove any accommodation on any date. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

    3. FINANCIAL PROTECTION:

      Daily Mail Trust and Holdings, publishers of The Daily Mail, do not own or operate any of the parks or resorts featured in this offer. Readers’ monies will be held in Trust by the booking agent, BreakFree Holidays and will be passed to your holiday park or resort on completion of your holiday, thus offering complete financial protection.

    4. HOLIDAY CONTRACT:

      Holidays offered are organised by independent operators through the booking agent BreakFree Holidays. Your contract will be with the owner or operator of your holiday park and comes into effect when a holiday confirmation has been issued to you. Holiday confirmations will be issued immediately if you book online or within 14 working days if you book by post. If you do not receive confirmation, please call the BreakFree Holidays/Mail Travel helpline on 0344 543 9700. The party with whom you have your holiday contract accepts liability only for the negligent acts and/or omissions of its employees.

    5. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

      These Terms and Conditions and How to Book apply to all holidays booked through this offer and, together with the standard conditions of the holiday park or resort operator, form the basis of your contract with your park or resort operator and theirs with you. Your application is your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this offer.

    6. HOLIDAY PAYMENT:

      Full payment for the holiday is required at the time of booking online (for postal booking please send £10 per person, minimum of £40, and any extra will be invoiced directly by your chosen park). Adults & children (infants) are charged at the same rate. Prices are per person per break. Where there are fewer than four people, the minimum charge for four people per break will be applied. Linen is available at an extra cost. Online payment must be made by credit or debit card and postal applications by cheque. Online bookings are subject to a £3 booking charge.

    7. SERVICE CHARGE:

      An additional service charge is applied by UK holiday parks to cover the cost of pre-arrival cleaning and preparation of your holiday home and gas and electricity. Charges are listed in full on the website and are per unit per night. Service charges will be charged direct to you by your park in advance of your arrival. Some parks may also charge an additional refundable cleaning/ damage waiver deposit. These charges are in addition to the cost of your accommodation.

    8. ENTERTAINMENT:

      UK Holiday Parks offer day and evening entertainment programmes for which there is a charge via Entertainment & Clubroom Passes but this is optional and customers do not have to participate. Optional charges for entertainment are listed in the pullout and in full on the website. Please note that Entertainment/Clubroom passes may be required for access to facilities such as swimming pools, bars, restaurants etc. on selected parks.

    9. HOLIDAY PARTIES:

      These are family holidays and bookings cannot be accepted from parties where all people are under the age of 21. Bookings are not normally accepted from groups.

    1. AMENDMENTS:

      NO AMENDMENTS can be made by you after your holiday application has been confirmed online or your application received by post. No refunds can be made in the event of cancellation by you after the holiday confirmation has been issued to you in accordance with your application, unless the reason for cancellation is default by the park operator.

    2. OCCUPANCY:

      Only people whose names are on your holiday booking form are permitted to occupy the holiday home allocated.

    3. HOLIDAY HOMES:

      For Spring and Autumn 2016 dates, holiday accommodation prices: Standard mobile homes start from £10 per person per break, Standard Plus mobile homes start from £15 per person per break, Super Plus mobile homes start from £18 per person per break, Premier mobile homes start from £30 per person per break. For Summer 2016 dates holiday accommodation prices: Standard mobile homes start from £15 per person per break, Standard Plus mobile homes start from £20 per person per break, Super Plus mobile homes start from £23 per person per break, Premier mobile homes start from £35 per person per break. Holiday homes will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Accommodation will be allocated by the holiday park/resort based on the size of the party. If arriving at your park during late evening you MUST advise your park/resort direct in advance. Please note linen hire is not included. Larger groups may be asked to pay a damage waiver deposit by the operator/park.

    4. ADAPTED ACCESS CARAVANS:

      These are available on most parks to suit people with disabilities. Please call us before you book, to discuss your individual requirements on 0800 138 3241.

    5. HOLIDAY DURATIONS:

      Three-night weekend breaks start on Friday and end on Monday. Four-night midweek breaks start on Monday and end on Friday. All holidays are subject to a minimum duration of three nights.

    6. BREAKAGES:

      It is your responsibility to leave your holiday home in the condition that you found it. Breakages, damaged or missing items WILL be charged to you.

    7. SELF-CATERING:

      These are self-catering holidays.

    8. BED LINEN:

      On UK holidays Bed Linen is included ONLY with Premier accommodation. For all other unit types you may bring your own linen or purchase it at a supplement.

    9. PETS:

      BreakFree Holidays/Mail Travel are unable to take pet bookings as part of this promotion. We advise that you contact the park before making your booking to ensure pets are allowed at the accommodation grade of your choice. Once your booking is confirmed with us you are able to contact your chosen holiday park and add pets to your booking (if allowable) and pay any extra charge, if applicable.

    10. INSURANCE:

      Insurance is not included and is £12 per booking for UK Personal Insurance if required, when booking online. We regret that insurance can no longer be booked with postal applications.     11. FREE FOOD & DRINK VOUCHER:

      Available on selected midweek breaks - entertainment passes must be purchased to receive them. Excludes school holidays and Bank Holidays.

Prices start from just £20 per person per break, based on four sharing, including a Dover-Calais return ferry crossing.

If you are travelling as a couple then you simply need to pay the minimum cost which starts from just £80 for a four-night break. More than four people can also book, on payment of the extra per person price – great for extended family breaks too!

Prices vary depending on the date you wish to travel. You can holiday from just £20 by taking the £5 per night price shown here in the price grid, for example 16 May and multiplying it by four nights.

There are no extra service or entertainment pass charges to pay for on most European breaks^^, and you can enjoy a short break from four nights to a longer holiday of any length up to 21 nights.

Standard Caravans are 10ft wide and available with two or three bedrooms sleeping up to six or eight. There is normally one double bed and two or four single beds, with the option of a double pull-out bed in the lounge. They come fully furnished with a living area, fully-equipped kitchen, and toilet and shower, plus each holiday home has an outside dining area and a gas or charcoal BBQ (where local restrictions allow, you’ll need to provide your own charcoal). Bed linen, duvets and towels can be hired at time of booking.

Holiday Parks & Charges

There are no extra service or entertainment charges with your European holiday, with the exception of a pool charge that applies at the holiday park Duinrell in Holland.

Many facilities are free but you normally pay for use of park amenities such as tennis, mini golf, sauna, solarium, pedalos, bicycle hire and pony rides for example. There is usually a charge for washing and drying machines.

Travel Options

An off-peak Dover-Calais return ferry crossing is included in your holiday price, to be booked at time of your holiday park booking. Other crossings and routes, including West Country Brittany Ferry routes and Dover-Calais Eurotunnel crossings are available at a supplement.

European holidays with your dog

If you wish to take your pet on your European break, please call 01606 787086 to make your booking.

You are welcome to take your dog to any site where pet are permitted - see the list below. Some campsites will only allow dogs in low season and some campsites will only allow 1 dog per party.

Campsite owners do reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that is considered dangerous, even a cross-breed of a dangerous dog. If you are unsure that your dog may or may not be accepted onto a campsite, we recommend that you do not consider this type of holiday with your dog. Mail Travel / BreakFree cannot be held liable for a dog being refused entry onto a campsite.

Getting there

Each operator will have different rules dependant on the type and duration of the crossing. As a general rule though, on short crossings, the dog will remain in the vehicle. On longer crossings the dog will be stored in kennels on board the ship and there will be provision for accompanied visits during the crossing. Nearly all ferry operators from Ireland and the UK to the continent will accept pets on board.

For first-time or nervous dogs, you may wish to use Eurotunnel for the journey. This is simply because you travel with your vehicle during the crossing and will therefore travel with your dog.

Coming home

Don't forget - your pet will need a Pet Passport and you must ensure all their vaccinations are up to date. Before the dog re-enters the UK, it must be treated against tapeworm and this must be done no less than 24 hours and no more than 120 hours (1-5 days) before being checked in for your return journey into the UK. The vet who completes this simple procedure will “stamp” the passport and give the necessary paperwork to you to be presented to the travel operator. The on-site couriers at your holiday park can help you arrange this.

How do I book online?

First, log into your MyMail account (if you’re an existing member), or register with MyMail at mymail.co.uk to create an account.

Booking your holiday is easy, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter four Unique Numbers from the back page of the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday between Saturday 9 April 2016 and Sunday 22 May 2016. On entry of your fourth Unique Number you will receive notification that you can book your £20pp* holiday.

Do we have to take 4 people?

All prices are based on a minimum of four people booking. Fewer than 4 people can book a holiday as long as the 4-person minimum price is paid. Up to 6 or 8 people can travel on one booking, depending on the size of the accommodation. We recommend that no more than 4 adults share one unit of accommodation.

Are there just short breaks available or can we go for longer?

European holidays can start on any day of the week, and be any length of stay between 4 and 21 nights. So for example you could start your ten day holiday on a Tuesday, coming home 10 days later on a Friday, subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions

    1. CLOSING DATE:

      Online booking will close at midnight on Friday 27 May, 2016.

    2. AVAILABILITY:

      Holidays in this offer are subject to promotional availability at the time of booking. BreakFree Holidays reserves the right to remove any accommodation on any date. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

    3. FINANCIAL PROTECTION:

      Daily Mail Trust and Holdings, publishers of The Daily Mail, do not own or operate any of the parks featured in this offer. Holiday Parks will be booked directly through BreakFree Holidays with Greenbank Holidays, who are ABTA bonded.

    4. HOLIDAY CONTRACT:

      Holidays offered are organised by independent operators through the booking agent BreakFree Holidays. Your contract will be with the owner or operator of your holiday park and comes into effect when a holiday confirmation email has been issued to you. Holiday confirmations will be issued immediately when you book online. Please note that you will NOT receive any additional communication from the holiday resort provider. For all queries, please call the BreakFree Holiday helpline on 0344 543 9700. The party with whom you have your holiday contract accepts liability only for the negligent acts and/or omissions of its employees.

    5. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

      These Terms and Conditions and How to Book apply to all holidays booked through this offer and, together with the standard conditions of the holiday park or resort operator, form the basis of your contract with your park or resort operator and theirs with you. Your application is your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this offer.

    6. HOLIDAY PAYMENT:

      Full payment for the holiday is required at the time of booking. Adults & children (infants) are charged at the same rate. For European breaks, prices are per person per night. Where there are less than four people the minimum charges for four persons per break will be applied. There is no reduction for accommodation only bookings. Online payment must be made by credit or debit card.

    7. FERRY CROSSINGS:

      European Holiday Park holidays include a midweek return Dover – Calais off peak ferry crossing. This will be for one car (excluding trailers, bike racks etc) and up to 6 passengers, this can be booked at time of booking your holiday home accommodation. The off-peak service is outbound Sunday-Thursday between 14.01 to 06.00 and inbound Monday-Friday 00.00 to 14.00 excluding Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April where there is no off peak service; Alternative ferry crossings can be booked at a supplementary cost. There is no reduction for accommodation only bookings.

    8. EXTRA CHARGES:

      Many facilities are free but you normally pay for use of park amenities such as tennis, mini golf, sauna, solarium, pedalos, bicycle hire and pony rides for example. There may be a charge for other facilities on some parks. There is usually a charge for washing and drying machines.

    9. HOLIDAY PARTIES:

      Groups may be restricted on some parks.

    10. AMENDMENTS:

      All amendments will be subject to a £30 amendment fee plus any additional cost arising from the amendment you wish to make including costs of alternate accommodation, extra party members or additional services. There are also additional charges for specific amendments made at any time of the year, as detailed below:

    1. If, after our contract is formed, you reduce the number of nights in your chosen accommodation, you must still pay for the full duration.

      A change made within 12 weeks of departure, where you alter the holiday dates, shorten the holiday duration or amend/cancel any travel or hotel arrangements, may incur cancellation charges as shown below.

      A change of date by more than 2 weeks will be treated as a cancellation of the original holiday.

      If you amend or cancel your travel arrangements or you lose your travel tickets, you must pay for any extra charges or cancellation fees levied by operators. This includes flights, Irish ferries and car hire bookings where, at the very least, you will lose the additional deposit paid.

    2. OCCUPANCY:

      Only people whose names are on your holiday booking form are permitted to occupy the holiday home allocated.

    3. HOLIDAY HOMES:

      Holiday Park prices in Europe will be standard 2 or 3 bedroom mobile homes (from £5 per person, per night, including an off-peak mid-week Dover- Calais ferry crossing). Holiday homes will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Accommodation will be allocated by the holiday park based on the size of the party. If arriving at your park during late evening you MUST advise your Park direct in advance. Air Conditioning and Decking are available and will be charged at a supplement. Linen Hire (see point 15), and Equipment Damage Waiver Insurance (£15 per unit) is not included. Larger groups may be asked to pay a higher damage waiver deposit by the operator/ park. No more than 4 adults are permitted per unit of accommodation in European Holiday Park mobile homes, children making up the balance to the maximum sleeper amount of 6 or 8.

    4. HOLIDAY DURATIONS:

      European Holidays: Holidays Parks have a minimum 4-night duration with any start date and any length of stay available up to a maximum of 21 days.

    5. BREAKAGES:

      It is your responsibility to leave your holiday home in the condition that you found it. Breakages, damaged or missing items WILL be charged to you.

    6. SELF-CATERING:

      These are self-catering holidays.

    7. BED LINEN:

      The European Holiday parks do not include Bed Linen. It can be purchased at a supplement. Single linen sets cost £12.50, single linen and duvet set £15, double linen £18.50 and double linen and duvet pack £21.

    8. PETS:

      Pets are permitted at selected Parks, supplements may apply on the holidays and ferry crossings. Check www.mailholidayparks.co.uk/dailymail for full details.

    9. INSURANCE:

      Insurance is not included. This can be purchased at time of booking your holiday break.

    10. CANCELLATIONS:

      No refunds can be made in the event of cancellation by you after the holiday confirmation has been issued to you in accordance with your application, unless the reason for cancellation is default by the park operator.
