TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Closing Date: Offer closes on Friday February 12, 2010.

2. Availability: Holidays in this offer are subject to availability at the time of your booking online or processing of your postal application. Not all holiday parks will be available on all dates.

3. Financial Protection: Daily Mail Trust and Holdings, publishers of The Daily Mail do not do own or operate any of the parks mentioned in this offer. Readers’ monies will be held in trust by the booking agent, BreakFree Holidays, and will be passed to your holiday park on completion of your holiday, thus offering complete financial protection.

4. Holiday Contract: Holidays offered are organised by independent operators through the booking agent BreakFree Holidays. Your contract will be with the owner or operator of your holiday park and comes into effect when a holiday confirmation has been issued to you. Holiday confirmations will be issued no later than Monday, March 1, 2010 and if you have not received yours by that date, please call the BreakFree Holiday helpline on 0844 543 9775 (lines opens on Monday, 1st March). The party with whom you have your holiday contract accepts liability only for the negligent acts and/or omissions of its employees.

5. Terms & Conditions: These terms and conditions and How to Book apply to all holidays booked through this offer and, together with the standard conditions of the holiday park or park operator, form the basis of your contract with your holiday park or park operator and theirs with you. Your signed booking form or checked online application is your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this offer.

6. Holiday Payment: Holidays from £15 per person are based on a minimum of four persons sharing. Parties of less than four can holiday upon payment of a minimum of £60 plus the Service Charges and entertainment passes as appropriate. Online payment must be made by credit or debit card and postal applications by cheque.

7. Holiday Parties: All-male and all-female parties under the age of 25 cannot be accepted as these are family holiday parks.

8. Amendments: NO AMENDMENTS can be made by you after your holiday application has been confirmed online or your application received by post. No refunds can be made in the event of cancellation by you after the holiday confirmation has been issued to you in accordance with your application, unless the reason for cancellation is default by the park operator.

9. Occupancy: Only people whose names are on your holiday booking form are permitted to occupy the holiday home allocated.

10. Holiday Homes: Holiday homes will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Priority check-in is available with Premier accommodation If arriving at your park during late evening you MUST advise your park direct in advance. Holiday Durations: Weekend breaks start on Friday and end on Monday. Midweek breaks start on Monday and end on Friday.

11. Breakages: It is your responsibility to leave your holiday home in the condition that you found it. Breakages, damage or missing items WILL be charged to you.

12. Self Catering: These are self-catering holidays.

13. Bed Linen: Duvets and pillows are provided but bed Linen and blankets are NOT included at any of the holiday parks within this offer. Please take your own. Bed linen and blankets can be hired at your holiday park and, in Luxury Plus Homes, bed linen can be hired and beds can be made up pre-arrival for an additional charge.

14. Service Charges: Service Charges are applied by holiday parks to cover the cost of pre-arrival cleaning and preparation of your holiday home. Charges are per unit per night. Gas and electricity is included. Service Charges start £5.99 per unit per night and will be charged direct to you by your park in advance of your arrival. Some parks may also charge an additional refundable cleaning/damage waiver deposit.

15. Parks offer day and evening entertainment programmes and charge for optional Entertainment & Clubroom Passes. Charges will range from £2.50 per person per break. Although optional, please note that Entertainment/Clubroom passes may be required for access to facilities such as swimming pools, bars, restaurants, etc.

16. Pets are NOT permitted for bookings at any of the parks in this offer.
