1. CLOSING DATE: Online booking will close at midnight on Monday 27th June 2011 and postal applications will be accepted up to post received on Tuesday 17th May 2011.

2. AVAILABILITY: Holidays in this offer are subject to availability at the time of your booking online or processing of your postal application (school summer holiday breaks can only be booked online and cannot be booked via postal application). Not all locations will be available on all dates. Certain dates may be excluded from the promotion. This offer is subject to promotional availability, BreakFree Holidays reserves the right to remove any accommodation on any date. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

3. EXTRA CHARGES: Service charges are applied by a number of UK holiday parks. Service charges cover the cost of pre-arrival cleaning and the preparation of your holiday home and include the cost of gas and electricity. Charges are listed in full on the website and are charged per unit per night. Service charges will be charged direct to you by your park in advance of your arrival. So, you will pay for the holiday accommodation first with BreakFree Holidays, then service charges (if applicable) will be charged direct to you by your park in advance of your arrival. Some parks may also charge an additional refundable cleaning/damage waiver deposit.

4. ENTERTAINMENT: UK Parks offer day and evening entertainment programmes and charge for optional Entertainment & Clubroom Passes. Charges are listed in full on the website and are charged per person per break. Although optional, please note that Entertainment/Clubroom passes may be required for access to facilities such as swimming pools, bars, restaurants, etc.

5. FINANCIAL PROTECTION: Daily Mail Trust and Holdings, publishers of The Daily Mail, do not own or operate any of the parks or resorts featured in this offer. Readers monies will be held in trust by the booking agent, BreakFree Holidays and will be passed to your holiday park or resort on completion of your holiday, thus offering complete financial protection.

6. HOLIDAY CONTRACT: Holidays offered are organised by independent operators through the booking agent BreakFree Holidays. Your contract will be with the owner or operator of your holiday park and comes into effect when a holiday confirmation has been issued to you. Holiday confirmations will be issued immediately if you book online or within 14 working days if you book by post. If you do not receive confirmation, please call the BreakFree Holiday helpline on 0844 543 9700. The party with whom you have your holiday contract accepts liability only for the negligent acts and/or omissions of its employees.

7. TERMS & CONDITIONS: These terms and conditions and How to Book apply to all holidays booked through this offer and, together with the standard conditions of the holiday park or resort operator, form the basis of your contract with your park or resort operator and theirs with you. Your application is your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this offer.

8. HOLIDAY PAYMENT: Full payment for the holiday accommodation is required at the time of booking. Adults & children (including infants) are charged at the same rate. For UK breaks, prices are per person per break. Where there are less than four people the minimum charges for four persons per break will be applied. Online payment must be made by credit or debit card and postal applications by cheque. Online bookings are subject to a £2.50 booking charge.

9. HOLIDAY PARTIES: These are family holidays and bookings cannot be accepted from parties where all persons are under the age of 21. All male and all female parties under the age of 25 cannot be accepted. Bookings are not normally accepted from groups.

10. AMENDMENTS: NO AMENDMENTS can be made by you after your holiday application has been confirmed online or your application received by post. No refunds can be made in the event of cancellation by you after the holiday confirmation has been issued to you in accordance with your application, unless the reason for cancellation is default by the park operator. Cancellation charges apply.

11. OCCUPANCY: Only people whose names are on your holiday booking form are permitted to occupy the holiday home allocated.

12. HOLIDAY HOMES: UK holiday homes will be Standard (£15 per person per break), Luxury (£20 per person per break), Luxury Plus (£23 per person per break) or Premier Plus (£39.50 per person per break). School summer holiday breaks will be Standard (£30 per person per 3 night break, £40 per person per 4 night break and £70 per person per 7 night break), Luxury (£40 per person per 3 night break, £50 per person per 4 night break and £90 per person per 7 night break), Luxury Plus (£47.50 per person per 3 night break, £57.50 per person per 4 night break and £105 per person per 7 night break) or Premier Plus (£55 per person per 3 night break £65 per person per 4 night break and £120 per person per 7 night break). Holiday homes will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Accommodation will allocated by the holiday park/resort based on the size of the party. If arriving at your park during late evening you MUST advise your park/resort direct in advance.

13. HOLIDAY DURATIONS: UK Holidays: 3-night weekend breaks start on Friday and end on Monday. 4-night midweek breaks start on Monday and end on Friday. 7-night breaks start on a Friday and end on a Friday. All holidays are subject to a minimum duration of 3 nights.

14. BREAKAGES: It is your responsibility to leave your holiday home in the condition that you found it. Breakages, damaged or missing items WILL be charged to you.

15. SELF-CATERING: These are self-catering holidays.

16. BED LINEN: Bed Linen and blankets are NOT included at any of the holiday parks within this offer. Please take your own. Bed linen and blankets can be added to your booking at extra cost.

17. PETS: Pets are NOT permitted for bookings at any of the parks in this offer.

18. INSURANCE: Insurance is not included but strongly recommended and is £10 per booking for UK personal and motor breakdown insurance if required. Your insurance cover note will be sent separately from your holiday confirmation. All Insurance Premiums and Insurance Premium Taxes collected are the Insurers’ monies and passed immediately to Optimum as Underwriting Agents of Groupama Insurance Co Ltd, to be held in trust. These companies are authorised and regulated by the Finance Services Authority.
