Q1: Where can I find my Booking Reference Number?

Your exclusive Booking Reference Number can be found on the confirmation email we sent you. If you cannot find your Reference Number click on the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page.

Q2: Is payment secure?

Yes, your transaction will be handled securely by PayPal. Your statement will show that your account has been debited by ’BreakFree Holidays’..

Q3: How much do I pay?

Once you have paid your deposit of £25 or £50 per unit of accommodation, your full balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday start date.

Q4: Do I have to pay for everything now?

No. We will only charge you the deposit now (plus insurance if you request it). Any optional charges for cots or  linen will be charged direct to you by your holiday park when your booking is confirmed.

Q5: Do I have to pay for babies/toddlers?

If your party includes babies or toddlers, please ensure you include them when determining your holiday unit size.

Q6: When will my booking be confirmed?

You will receive on-screen confirmation of your booking, which will also be emailed to you.

Q7: How do I book disabled accommodation?

If you require specific disabled accommodation, please call us on: 0844 84 84 534 to tell us your requirements. Alternatively Contact Us by email at enquires@breakfreeholidays.co.uk and we will endeavour to book suitable accommodation for you. We will be in touch directly if we require any further information to complete your booking.

Q8: Do you offer holiday insurance?

Yes. BreakFree Holidays Travel Insurance is provided by Optimum Underwriting Ltd, a major supplier of insurance services to the travel industry. Please click on the Insurance tab for full details. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance.
