Set in a beautiful cliff top position with panoramic sea views across Filey Bay and beyond, Reighton Sands is the perfect place for a relaxing seaside holiday. A short walk down the hill takes you to the long sandy beach where you might be brave enough to dip your toes into the cool North Sea.
If you’re in search of slightly warmer waters, the recently developed heated indoor pool and outdoor Lazy River, makes the ideal setting for you to relax on a sun lounger while the kids joyfully splash around. There is also a fabulous 9-hole golf course set in 140 acres of stunning parkland where you can enjoy the fabulous sea views whilst you play.
You’re also ideally located to explore the North York Moors or the traditional seaside town of Scarborough which are both a short drive away.

At Reighton Sands it’s all about the view. BreakFree customers will love to sit back, relax and enjoy the breath-taking panoramic sea views of the rugged North Yorkshire coastline.
We particularly love the 9-hole golf course here, not only is it set in 140 acres of green open space, but wherever you stand to take your next shot, there’s no escaping the wonderful view.
If you fancy a swim let the heated outdoor Lazy River carry you around its windy course, then swim through the tunnel to the recently developed heated indoor pool.
This is also the perfect place to explore the natural world around you – just a short drive to the North York Moors or take a trip to Bempton Cliffs when you can watch the thousands of seabirds that flock to the shore.

Club R&B 5-8's
A variety of creative activitie with Rory The Tiger and Bradley Bear specially designed for 5-8's are on offer every day, such as arts and crafts, music, games and competitions, Wildlife Detectives and Circus School. Every child gets a badge and a certificate at the end of their holiday.
Skillz Club 9-12's
9-12's can join the FunStars and learn something new from picking up creative art tips, football tricks and circus acts to learning how to navigate with a map and compass.

Bempton Cliffs– 8 miles
A bird-watching paradise with over 200,000 seabirds bringing the cliff tops to life. Watch breath-taking displays of gannets, guillemots, razorbills, kittiwakes and fulmars soaring through the sky from specially created cliff top viewpoints.
Playdale Farm Park – 10 miles
This award winning park is a great place to take the family come rain or shine. Children will love the Animal Barn and Interactive Paddocks where they may get to help with some animal feeding.
Scarborough Sealife Centre – 13 miles
With over 50 displays of marine life you can get close to some of your favourite sea creatures and discover some new species.
Burton Agnes Hall – 13 miles
An Elizabethan stately home with fifteen generations worth of treasures, paintings, furniture and tapestries that have been collected in the hall for over 400 years. Set in stunning gardens where you can take a woodland sculpture walk, this is a magnificent attraction well worth a visit.
