The resort Marinapark Volendam is located on the shores of the Gouwzee, only 20 km away from Amsterdam. It is a large complex, with smart, well-equipped holiday homes overlooking the picturesque harbour.

Accommodation at Marinapark Volendam Holiday Park
The well-presented semi-detached holiday homes are built in typical Volendam style, arranged around the marina. All holiday homes are fully furnished and completely equipped, including: furniture for the stated number of persons, kitchen with refrigerator, 4-ring gas burner with hood and dishwasher, colour television set with cable connection, single duvets, pillows, terrace or balcony with garden furniture.

Check out procedure
- We kindly ask to check out of your villa/hotel room before 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. When you check out, the villa should be clean in accordance with the conditions listed in the cleaning set in your villa.
- After you check out, the cleaning service will inspect your holiday accommodation for cleanliness, any inventory irregularities and damage. In conjunction with this ‘final inspection’, we are obliged to charge you a deposit of € 65 per reserved accommodation per period. This amount will be refunded to your account during the week following your departure provided the accommodation was left in the condition stipulated in our terms, and provided we have your bank/giro account number in our system. Please read the cleaning instructions carefully and always return the inventory deposit envelope included in the service set to the park reception. This will ensure that we have your bank/giro account number on file.
- In the event that the cleaning service is required to perform (cleaning) activities, your deposit will be (partially) withheld. You will be informed accordingly in writing.

Information on Marinapark Volendam Holiday Park
You may park your vehicle either near your villa/ hotel room or in the main car park next to reception. You may only park in the designated parking spaces and not on the grass!
Arriving at our park
Your villa will be available from 3 p.m. If you arrive before 3 p.m. you can go ahead and park your vehicle in a space by your villa. For arrivals on Friday and national holidays, you can check in until 8 p.m. On the other days you can check in until 5 p.m. Arriving after hours? Please check in at the reception of the hotel. You receive the keycard for your room at arrival by showing the confirmation.
Access swimming pool
All visitors have free access to the swimming pool on the park premises. Use your Holiday Card to pick up your free pool passes at the swimming pool during opening hours. Insert your Holiday Card in the designated vending machine. You will receive a pool pass for each person in your party. You will need to re-insert your Holiday Card in the vending machine each time you visit the pool. Children ages 4 and under will not be issued a card; they are admitted free.
Service set
For your convenience we have placed a service set in your villa/ hotel room. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products, an inventory deposit envelope and cleaning instructions. If necessary, different instructions will be posted prominently in the villa.
