£10pp Holidays Terms and Conditions – Northcliffe January 2012

1. Closing date for applications is March 2nd 2012. Minimum booking of a family of four. Prices are per person, per break for a minimum of 3 or 4 nights in a standard holiday home. Online bookings are subject to a £2.50 booking fee. Service, electricity and entertainment charges may also apply. Token collect promotion.

2. Parties of less than four can only be accepted on payment of the four person price. Maximum of 8 persons per holiday home. Full payment for the holiday accommodation is required at the time of booking.

3. Any unsuccessful postal applications will be returned with payment within 28 days of receipt. For any queries call our Helpline on 0844 543 9775 (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm. (Calls may be monitored or recorded for staff training purposes and cost 5p/min from a BT landline).

4. The newspapers do not own or operate any of the parks or resorts featured in this offer. Readers monies will be held in trust by the booking agent, BreakFree Holidays and will be passed to your holiday park or resort on completion of your holiday, thus offering complete financial protection.

5. Holidays in this offer are subject to availability at the time of booking your break online or processing of your postal application. Not all locations will be available on all dates. Certain dates may be excluded from this promotion. This offer is subject to promotional availability and BreakFree reserves the right to remove any accommodation on any date. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

6. Holidays offered are organised by independent parks and operators. Your contract will be with the owner or operator of the holiday park when a confirmation has been issued. The party with whom you have your holiday contract accepts liability only for the negligent acts or omissions of its employees. These terms and conditions and the four steps to book, together with the park operators conditions form the basis of your contract with the holiday park/operator and theirs with you. Your booking or application (postal or online) is your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this offer.

7. Only complete applications will be accepted and we cannot guarantee multiple applications will be similarly processed. One booking form required per accommodation unit.

8. The holidays booked via BreakFree Holidays are subject to the individual Holiday Park’s terms and conditions. All holidays booked via BreakFree Holidays are family holidays. As a result, some holiday parks do not accept large group bookings under the age of 25. Please ask us for more information. Acceptance by BreakFree does not guarantee acceptance by the holiday park/company concerned if the party breaches their terms and conditions.

9. NO AMENDMENTS can be made by you after your holiday application has been confirmed online or your application received by post. No refunds can be made in the event of cancellation by you after the holiday confirmation has been issued to you in accordance with your application, unless the reason for cancellation is default by the park operator. Cancellation charges apply.

10. These are self catering holidays in caravans, chalets, apartments or lodges. Your holiday starts at 4pm on arrival day to 10am on departure day. Please note that some facilities may be seasonal.

11. Bed linen is not included in the price, but may be offered for hire by the park. A charge for extras e.g. cots, highchairs, bed linen etc, if required will be made by the park and is payable directly to the park.

12.a . EXTRA CHARGES: Service charges are applied by a number of UK holiday parks to cover the cost of pre-arrival cleaning and preparation of your holiday home. Charges are listed in full on the website and are per unit per night. Gas and electricity is included in this charge. Service charges will be charged direct to you by your park in advance of your arrival. Some parks may also charge an additional refundable cleaning/damage waiver deposit.

12. b. ENTERTAINMENT: UK Parks offer day and evening entertainment programmes and charge for optional Entertainment & Clubroom Passes. Charges are listed in full on the website. Although optional, please note that Entertainment/Clubroom passes may be required for access to facilities such as swimming pools, bars, restaurants, etc.

13. Insurance is not included and is £10 per booking for personal and motor breakdown insurance if required. Your insurance cover note will be sent separately from your holiday confirmation. All Insurance Premiums and Insurance Premium Taxes collected are the Insurers’ monies and passed immediately to Optimum as Underwriting Agents of Groupama Insurance Co Ltd, to be held in trust. These companies are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Full details of the insurance can be found on the Breakfree Holidays website or sent to you by contacting Breakfree Holidays at www.breakfreeholidays.co.uk.

14. Pets cannot be booked in this holiday offer. Where parks are able to accept pets this will be shown on your confirmation and payment should be made direct to the park.

15 DATA PROTECTION

15.1 To process your Booking we need to collect certain information from you. We take full responsibility for ensuring the security of this information. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Owner/Operator, BreakFree Holidays and The Newspaper Group (where applicable) are Joint Data Controllers of all personal data provided to BreakFree Holidays by You.

15.2 BreakFree Holidays will hold your personal data and may need to pass this data on to third parties and organisations who need to know them so that the Booking can be provided.

15.3 BreakFree Holidays would also like to store and use your personal data for future marketing purposes to send you for example, details of relevant promotions, or offers. All details, with the exception of credit/debit card data, given to BreakFree Holidays at any time will be kept, but only names, contact details and the Booking preferences will be used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to hear from us by email, you can tick the opt-out box at the end of our on-line booking process.

16. HOLIDAY HOMES: UK holiday homes will be Luxury mobile homes (£15 per person per break), Luxury Plus mobile homes (£18 per person per break), Premier Plus mobile homes (£40 per person per break) or Standard mobile homes (£10 per person per break). Holiday homes will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Accommodation will allocated by the holiday park/resort based on the size of the party. If arriving at your park during late evening you MUST advise your park/resort direct in advance. Linen hire is not included. Larger groups may be asked to pay a damage waiver deposit by the operator/park. 4-6 People will be allocated a 2 Bedroom Accommodation that sleeps 6 and 7-8 people will be allocated a 3 Bedroom Accommodation that sleeps 8.
