Located in Port Isaac, made famous by the TV series Doc Martin, this self-catering accommodation is perfectly located to explore North Cornwall. Once part of the famous Lanhydrock Estate, the Barn is located in an enviable position in mid-Cornwall. It’s almost equidistant from both the North Cornwall Coast and South Cornwall, meaning you can easily explore everything that Cornwall has to offer. The beautiful harbour town of Padstow and historic Charlestown are both less than half an hour away from the property and provide exciting days out for all the family. Head to the nearby Cardinham Woods, and explore the endless walking trails or bike tracks all within an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Just a few miles away, you will find the wonderful National Trust Lanhydrock Estate. Visit the magnificent late Victorian country house and garden, or explore the 900 acres of parkland and woodland.

This incredible family-friendly lodge is located in a 40-acre rural landscape of St Columb Major. This quaint market town is situated just a few miles inland from the stunning North Cornwall coastline, and it’s only 20 minutes’ drive from the wonderful town of Padstow and Port Isaac village. The North Coast of Cornwall has so much to offer, from walking trails to water sports and cycling to adventure sports.
Retallack Resort and Spa really is a wonderful place for a family holiday. There is a huge range of on-site facilities, designed to give both children and adults alike a truly memorable holiday experience. This modern and contemporary apartment is located right on the coast in the beautiful village of Port Isaac. With incredible sea views from the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the property is just a few minute’s stroll away from the centre of the village, where you will find shops, cafes, galleries and restaurants. Everything you might need throughout your stay at this Port Isaac accommodation is at your fingertips.
For the keen walkers in your group, you can follow the South West Coast Path for miles in either direction along the coast. Alternatively, head to Bodmin Moor to climb the two highest peaks in Cornwall. If food is more your thing, you won’t be disappointed either. Head to nearby Padstow, and dine out in the amazing restaurants that all serve locally grown, produced and locally caught seafood.
Facilities: One thing you can be certain of is that this property has superb sea views! Located right on the coast overlooking the harbour wall and out to sea, The View is the perfect Port Isaac cottage for a couple looking to explore the area. With wooden floorboards running throughout the apartment and floor-to-ceiling windows, there is a real light and airy feel to the property. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you might need, including a washer/dryer.
