And whether you have booked before or this is your first time, we’ve written a handy guide to answer your most frequently asked questions.

How to book
1/ You simply need to collect five different passwords from the Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday, printed every day from 15th to 28th July 2017.
2/ Once you have your passwords, enter them into the boxes to access the promotion, https://www.mailholidayparks.co.uk/go.
3/ You can now start your search. Simply enter your holiday details and scroll through the results to find and book your perfect holiday. You can book online from Wednesday, 19th July 2017.
What you pay
4/ You only pay for the cost of your accommodation at the time of booking. The holiday park operator will invoice you for entertainments passes and services charges, and give you the chance to upgrade or to add extras such as linen or a high chair, a few weeks after your booking.
5/ All prices are based on four people sharing. If there are fewer than four people in your party you still need to pay the four person price. If more than four people are travelling, the extra per person price is charged at the time of booking.
6/ For postal bookings, you must include a cheque or postal order for £10 per person (minimum of £40) with the form that is returned to BreakFree Holidays. The operator will then invoice for any extra charges (including higher grades of accommodation, service charges and entertainment passes).
7/ Breaks sell quickly, so when you find one you like, book to guarantee it.
8/ There are more than 160 UK holiday parks to choose from, and most are located around the UK coast.
9/ There are no European parks included in this promotion.

10/ The promotion features major operators including Haven, Parkdean Resorts, Park Holidays UK, Butlins AND independent holiday parks.
11/ Choose from dates in September, October and November 2017, and from February, March, April and May 2018.
12/ Summer school holidays are not included in this promotion (sorry!).
13/ Weekend breaks run for three nights from Friday to Monday; midweek breaks for four nights from Monday to Friday.
14/ You can book multiple breaks, however we cannot guarantee that when you add two bookings together to create a seven-night break (such as a three-night break followed by a four-night break) you will stay in the same accommodation. As these are booked as two separate breaks operators will treat them as such. Your best option is to book the two breaks you want and then call the park to give them your details. Where your request can be met, most operators will provide this service free of charge, although Parkdean Resorts charges an extra £20 for you to stay in the same caravan across two breaks.

15/ Prices are based on a minimum of four people travelling. If more than four people are in your party, you will pay a little bit extra.
16/ On selected peak dates when the demand for holidays is much higher than availability, some parks will charge a supplement of up to £5 per person per break. The total accommodation cost, including any supplements, is clearly shown in your search results. Online bookers will pay any peak supplements at the time of booking; postal bookers will be charged peak date supplements by the holiday park after you have made your booking for accommodation.
17/ You will pay a service charge on most breaks to cover the cost of electricity, gas and cleaning. This charge ranges from £6 per unit per night to £14 per unit per night. On selected breaks these charges are FREE and half price, this varies by park and by date.
18/ At most parks you can choose to pay a small extra charge for entertainment passes which give you access to pools, children’s clubs and evening shows. Prices range from £3 per person to £20pp, with the average price around £8pp. On selected dates you can find FREE and half price entertainment passes, this varies by park and by date.
19/ Entertainment passes do not cover the cost of extra charge activities such as fishing, sports coaching, archery and climbing walls. Some facilities may be seasonal and not open during your holiday. If in doubt, please contact the park for more information.

20/ If you want to save on luggage space, you can choose to pay for bed linen. You will be given the option to add linen by the park who will send you details after you have made your booking. Prices for extras such as linen vary by operator.
21/ Most of the accommodation included in our promotion is modern static caravan holiday homes, and some parks will also include apartments or chalets which will be classified as Comfort or Comfort Plus. All accommodation is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. There are four grades of accommodation – Comfort, Comfort Plus, Comfort Extra Wide and Premier Plus and they vary by size and extras included. What is included
22/ This offer is for self-catering holidays, so meals are not included in the price. All accommodation is equipped with pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, with an oven and fridge.
23/ Most of the parks included in this promotion have their own restaurants and bars and many have takeaways.
24/ Sorry, but pets are not included in this promotion. If you want to travel with a pet, we advise that you contact the park before making your booking to check that they will take dogs and to confirm what pet-friendly accommodation they have included in the promotion for the dates you have chosen. You should also check if there is an additional pet charge to pay. Once you have checked these details you can make your accommodation booking through the promotion. You must then wait for the operator to send you their invoice, before you can call them back reserve your pet-friendly accommodation. Please note, if there is no pet friendly accommodation available we will not be able to refund your booking.
