Haven is investing more than £50 million into holiday park improvements in 2017, adding new sports facilities, redeveloping swimming pools and introducing new accommodation for the season ahead.
Highlights of the work, which will be completed in time for the grand opening of Haven parks in 2017, include an extensive refurbishment of the swimming pool at Hafan Y Mor in North Wales that will add new water features and a slide.
The outdoor pools and decking at Devon Cliffs and Doniford Bay are also enjoying makeovers, while the indoor pool at Seton Sands is being extended, with new slides being installed. At Cala Gran, there are developments to the changing rooms and pool entrance.
Haven is also bringing a new look to its food and beverage outlets, with a refurbished bar and restaurant at Golden Sands and revamped ShowBars at Allhallows, Berwick, Burnham-on-Sea and Reighton Sands. Primrose Valley in Filey is getting a new restaurant that promises to bring a unique touch to the park.
There are new activities on their way too, with Aerial Adventure coming to Primrose Valley and Lakeland and new Segway lessons at Marton Mere, Presthaven and Primrose Valley.
