When can I go on holiday?
We have included a selection of early summer and autumn 2019 dates for you to book. Not all locations are available on all dates. The accommodation price varies depending on the type of unit you select and your chosen holiday start date. All dates and parks are subject to promotional availability.
How much do the holidays cost?
Holidays to Europe include accommodation only; travel must be booked directly by you. All Europe holidays are based on Comfort grade accommodation and prices start from £20 per person, per four-night break, based on two people sharing. Prices vary by date and duration.
Unlike UK holiday parks, the cost of standard facilities, entertainment and services is included in the price of your holiday. Certain activities may be charged as extra, and these will be clearly advertised on your holiday park.
How many bedrooms will I get in my accommodation?
Your accommodation will be allocated by the park based on the size of your party.
Is there a booking fee?
There is an online fee of £3.00 per booking.
When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Confirmation of your holiday will be e-mailed to you immediately.
Where can I find my booking reference number?
Your BreakFree Holidays unique booking reference can be found on the confirmation we send to you. This should be quoted on all correspondence or if you wish to speak to us about your holiday.

What are the terms and conditions relating to this offer?
It is important that you read the promotional terms and conditions carefully before booking your break. Your online booking or postal application is your confirmation of your acceptance of the terms and conditions. No amendments can be made by you after your holiday has been confirmed online or received by post. No refunds can be made in the event of cancellation, by you, after the holiday confirmation has been issued to you, in accordance with your application, unless the reason for cancellation is default by the park operator. The terms and conditions are available via the home page.
Do you offer holiday insurance?
No, we recommend that you book insurance for your European holiday separately.
I need an adapted access caravan – what should I do?
Adapted access caravans are available on most parks to suit people with disabilities - please call us before you book to discuss your individual requirements on 0800 138 3241.
Are dogs welcome?
Dogs cannot be booked at our European holiday parks.
Do we have to take 4 people?
All prices are based on a minimum of two people booking. Additional passengers will be charged as extra.
Do you overbook holidays?
When you book online your reservation is made directly on our system and we can confirm your booking immediately. When you book by post we have to process your application manually and so this delay means a park that was available may be sold out.
Do bookings run Sat to Sat or can customers pick their own dates?
European holiday are available from any start date and for any duration from 4 to 14 nights.
Pay No Extras dates
European parks don't charge extra for services and entertainments passes, so all dates are considered to be pay no extra dates.
