BFH collects personal information and website usage information.

Personal information is information about you and from which you can be identified. It can include your name, address, contact details and details of your bookings and purchases.

BFH does not store any financial information i.e. debit/credit card details as payments are taken through third party payment gateways such as Paypal. BFH gathers two types of information about users:

(1) Website tracking: information BFH gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our websites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to users’ needs and to help our clients, advertisers and sponsors better understand the demographics of our audience.

(2) Holiday booking information: information submitted on this site to handle booking requests, deliver services (i.e. booking confirmations), communicate with you about bookings, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your details.

BFH tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. BFH does break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser). We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don’t like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can’t read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. BFH uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you’ve set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this site, however, refusing cookies may restrict the functionality of the promotions that we offer.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ('Google'). Google Analytics Premium uses 'cookies', which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the website and your current IP address will be transmitted by your browser to and will be stored by Google on servers in the United States and other countries.

On behalf of the operator of this website Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address collected through Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You may also stop the transmission of information generated by the cookies about your use of the website and of your IP address to Google, by downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser add-on available here.
