BFH collects personal information and website usage information.
Personal information is information about you and from which you can be identified. It can include your name, address, contact details and details of your bookings and purchases.
BFH does not store any financial information i.e. debit/credit card details as payments are taken through third party payment gateways such as Paypal. BFH gathers two types of information about users:
(1) Website tracking: information BFH gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our websites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to users’ needs and to help our clients, advertisers and sponsors better understand the demographics of our audience.
(2) Holiday booking information: information submitted on this site to handle booking requests, deliver services (i.e. booking confirmations), communicate with you about bookings, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your details.
BFH tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. BFH does break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser). We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don’t like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ('Google'). Google Analytics Premium uses 'cookies', which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the website and your current IP address will be transmitted by your browser to and will be stored by Google on servers in the United States and other countries.
BFH creates aggregate reports on user demographics and traffic patterns for sponsors and partners. Because we don’t track the usage patterns of individual users, a partner or sponsor will never know that a specific user clicked their advert / park listing. We will not disclose any information about any individual user except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
To process your Booking we need to collect certain information from you. We take full responsibility for ensuring the security of this information. This information includes:
BreakFree Holidays will hold your personal data plus will pass this data on to third parties and organisations that need to know them so that the Booking can be provided.
In connection with the uses referred to above, we may disclose your personal information to certain third parties, including:
You should be aware that, if we are requested by the police or any regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to access and disclose individually identifiable information concerning your activities whilst using our website, we reserve the right to do so. We also reserve the right to disclose individually identifiable information to third parties where a complaint arises concerning your use of our website, and that use is deemed by us inconsistent with the terms governing use of our website.

We will only transfer your information to service providers who help manage our systems, or overseas, where we are satisfied that this is lawful and that adequate levels of protection are in place to protect the integrity and security of any information being processed and compliance with applicable privacy laws.
